All natural, Pacific sea salt in mini flakes. This is our favorite "ingredient" salt for ground spice blends and rubs. You can substitute this 1:1 for Diamond Crystal Kosher salt. If you prefer a flakier salt to cook with (we do!) try our Kosher Flake!
Salt Conversion: If you are making a recipe that calls for table salt, use twice as much.
