Returns & Exchanges:
Please get in touch with us if you have any questions about your order, and return any unused products within 60 days. We want you to be overly satisfied with the quality and convenience of your new spice rack! Email orders@gneissspice.com for assistance.
Lost Packages:
If your package has been "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us (hello@gneissspice.com). We will start an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the package cannot be found, we will ship a replacement. We do not issue refunds for packages that are marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
Domestic Shipping:
Ground delivery speed is 3-8 days and is free for purchases over $149. Express delivery speed is 2-3 days. Delivery times are not guaranteed; we use the service requested at checkout and will not refund shipping fees once the item is scanned by the carrier. Note: Delivery speed is the # of days after your order is fulfilled and the package leaves our studio. Spice refills and filled jars are packed to order; expect 2-5 days processing time. Need something by a specific date? Let us know and we will try to accommodate you.
International Shipping:
Yes! We ship internationally! And yes, it's quite expensive. Shipping rates are calculated to your address and discounted 20%.
We ship DDU (delivered duties unpaid). If your country collects duties & taxes, you will be responsible to pay duties upon receipt of your package. As an international customer, you are exempt from paying US sales tax. Note: If you refuse or abandon your shipment, you will be given a refund minus the shipping costs to return the package.
